职位描述：
1、负责项目资金来源的计划、筹集、调度、平衡，协调对接资金资源；
2、参与项目谈判，落实公司的融资目标，包括融资效益的管理；
3、扩充资金台规模，完成公司下达业绩指标，实现公司的利润目标；
4、制定资金计划，组织实施资金配置、管理和监控；
5、负责其他日常运营和管理。
任职要求：

1、财经类大科或以上学历；
2、3年以上企业资金管理同等职位工作经验；
3、具有财务管理或投融资、资金管理与操作经验，具备丰富的预算管理、财务计划等方面的工作经验，有较强的沟通和协调能力；
4、有良好的职业道德，具备较强的财务调控能力、分析研究能力、团队协作精神，能承受一定工作压力；
5、熟练使用EXCEL高级运用。
