2. 协助客服经理管理项目进程
3. 参与各项目的策划和提案
4. Report客服经理
5. 妥善处理并执行项目客户之日常作业，对于项目传播策略的执行有良好的监控能力
6. 三年工作经验，英文听说流利

职位要求：
1. 具备较强的沟通协调能力及团队协作精神，有较强的抗压能力
2. 有责任心、敬业精神，有良好的逻辑思维，办事周到、全面细心的工作作风
3. 熟练操作计算机以及现代办公软件的使用（如：WORD、EXCEL、PPT等）
4. 热爱社会化媒体营销，享受其中的快乐与痛苦；
