本职位要求熟练的英文沟通能力, 无法进行全英文面试者勿投;

Manage the Foreign–to-Foreign sales effort in the assigned accounts of certain region. This position will serve in a sales Management capacity for product sourced outside of the USA and shipped directly to the international retailer.

Report to: Regional Sales Manager

Job Function?
Support Regional Sales Manager in all aspects of sales and customer service work in assigned region, including post sales
tasks such as reporting, replenishment follow up, new programs success /improving opportunities, and order tracking.
? Provide Sales Forecasts to the Managerial Team in a regular basis.
? Monitor the whole sales process, includes but not limited to products identifying, order following and coordination with relevant business units, etc. to make sure products reached in client timely.
? Develop and maintain long-term business relationship with customers.
? Handle customer’s enquiries, including but not limited by catalogues, sample request and dispatch, quotation, follow up artwork and etc.
? Coordinate with the sourcing team the negotiation with vendors such as pricing, shipment date, minimum quantity and so on.
? Co-ordinate orders with overseas office and Shanghai order processing and logistic team, such as to co-ordinate or perform inspection on shipment of goods, maintain the storage/ filing of all competed orders.
? Accompany buyers to attend trade fair and exhibition in China and follow through with buyers to close the deals.
? Manage required data report, and share out on weekly basis.

Job Requirement
? Bachelor degree or above with its major in BS/Trading/Marketing discipline.
? More than 5 years trading industry relevant working experience, basic merchandising knowledge and good command of international trading process.
? Be able to discuss business at all levels of customer management and vendor co-ordination when it is not handled by the sourcing team.
? Excellent problem solving, communication interpersonal, negotiation skills and customer service mind-set.
? Friendly positive attitude, independent, outgoing, pleasant personality, self-motivate, good team spirit and positive thinker.
? Willing to take challenge and work under pressure.
? Proficient in both oral and written English
? Proficient in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and so on
? Knowledgeable about Asia pacific Market.
? Travel requirements 20%.
