职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. To lead High-tech company apply, government award project apply and R&D expense 150% deduct.
2. To lead the monthly closing and year-end closing within finance team to meet the timeline of group reporting.
3. To prepare monthly and year-end reporting including financial statement, management reports and other analysis reports.
4. To review the daily accounting activities to ensure the compliance with GAAP and laws.
5. To review the tax transactions including monthly and annual tax filing to ensure the compliance with China tax law.
6. To monitor the strict control of capital expenditure being in line with group policy.
7. To manage capital expenditure depreciation and rolling forecast monthly.
8. To manage the cash flow forecast by coordinating all payments and receipts of funds.
9. To manage foreign currency position reports to ensure foreign exchange loss is low.
10. To organize and coordinate the periodic physical count on inventory and fixed assets, prepare the count report with variance
        analysis and actions for the corrective steps.
11. To cooperate with external and internal auditors for audit and internal control review and implements the corrective actions
        as suggested.
12. To organized and coordinate annual SOX testing.
13. To coordinate and prepare annual company budget.
14. To develop the improvements to the existing accounting processes and procedures and maintain the documentation.
15. To manage the finance team and maintain financial control of the company.
16. To provide the general support to the Finance Director.
17. To provide general support to other functional departments from time to time.

Requirements:
1. Formal education in finance or accounting on college level.
2. Certificate of CPA or intermediate level of accounting qualification is preferred.
3. At least five years of experience in finance area, and acts as supervisor or manager at least for three years, preferred in
        manufacturing company.
4. Finance or accounting working experience in a formal Foreign Investment Enterprise is required.
5. Knowledge of China GAAP and US GAAP.
6. Knowledge of China tax law and regulations.
7. Familiar with high-tech company finance work is preferred
8. Strong knowledge and understanding on cost accounting (standard cost).
9. Familiar with ERP system in finance area, using JDE system is preferred.
10. Excellent skills in OA software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
11. Capability of planning and scheduling to accomplish the tasks within timeline.
12. Fluent English skills both verbally and in writing.
13. Skills for effective communication across-functionally or externally. 举报 分享
