职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end recruiting activities for all Business Units, ensure annual work force plan complete in an effect and timely manner.
Develop and maintain recruitment channels and talent pipeline.
Take initiatives in employee relations and handle labor dispute if needed, play an active role in execution of company engagement work.
Optimize HR related process, perform the role of adviser, consultant to management team and staff, and to ensure all related activities are in compliance with local labor law and regulations.
Maintain solid relationship with external vendors, e.g. FESCO, labor union and etc.
Work with HQ HR to follow up local practice in the function of C&B, T&D…
Provide support in the completion of HQ HR programs.

Required competencies:
Bachelor degree.
Above 5 years HR related experience, at least 3 years expereience related to recruiting function .
Open-minded and self-motivated, with can-do attitude.
Solid knowledge of local labor law and employment regulation. 举报 分享
