职位描述：
一、工作职责:
1. 负责本区域的年度目标的达成和费用预算. 制定区域内各国目标国家的年度目标及区域目标的分解和,人员
配置等方案的制定,监督和落实.
2. 负责本区域的客户的维护,提升工作的落实; 负责公司品牌在该区域的打造,建设和维护等营销方案的落地.
3. 负责本区域外贸团队的管理.包括重要客户和市场的跟进工作的检查和跟踪. 负责本区域的团队的激励和考核.
4. 负责本区域的突发事件的处理.
5. 负责定期向海外营销总监及公司高层提供本区域的市场信息,市场方案和建议.
6. 负责对本区域的人员的工作指导和培训.
7. 其它公司分配的工作和任务的执行和落实.

二、任职要求:
1. 对负责大区市场十分了解. 有在所属大区国家的海外市场工作经验和相关海外团队管理经验. 且相关工作3年以上.
2. 能用英语流利沟通交流. 对负责大区的人文环境十分了解.
3. 了解出口型生产制造企业的相关流程. 有安防产品或照明产品行业工作经验者优先.
4. 有较强的品牌建设品牌打造和品牌维护的理论基础和实践经验.
5. 能独立承担所负责的区域的团队管理和激励.有较强的经营理念和风险管控能力.
6. 本科及以上学历. 10年及以上工作经验. 能力及可证明业绩突出者,可放宽条件. 举报 分享
