Job Title: Fashion Designer Associate
About This Job
The Fashion Designer Associate – Will be accountable to oversee and ensure the quality and execution of samples during development process are upheld to meet aesthetic and requirements of our brands.
Responsibilities
? Learn the aesthetic and requirements of each brand
? Be tasked to view our prototypes through an aesthetic point of view, backed up by your knowledge of development process. You will be giving comments and suggestions to make changes to improve design and production work.
? Collaborate with project managers, designers, technical team & oversea partners to ensure product execution.
? Work with Senior Designer to develop projects.
Qualifications
? Advanced knowledge in the product development process, to bring a level of excellence in the process while working with domestic and oversea team members
? Strong knowledge in fabric, trims and current trend
? Keen attention to detail
? Excellent English verbal and written skills
? Accurate, detailed and highly organized work methods
? Current computer hardware and software proficiency - Outlook, Word, Excel, ext.
? Must have good people skills to communicate ideas through different teams.

1. Experience in the product development of apparel including product specification, garment fitting, technical illustration; pattern making and grading.
2. Display an in-depth knowledge of apparel development process with the ability to manipulate/ engineer the process if needed.

?熟练当前的苹果计算机硬件和软件的使用- Outlook，Excel，Keynote，Adobe等等。
?必须有良好的情商与人际关系，与不同的团队合作与沟通。
?申请面试必须有个人履历和相关作品集。
? 附加条件，但非必须：
1.服装技术经验，包括产品规格工艺，服装试衣，人体工学，打版与缩放版。
2.对服装开发流程程的深入了解，具有能力在需要时直接操作/调整流程的能力。
