职位描述：
一、任职资格
1. 性格比较外向，有耐心和责任心，乐意服务客户；
2. 沟通能力强，并有好的学习能力和强的执行能力；
3. 善于学习，有良好的团队协作精神，工作积极，努力上进
4. 打字速度不低于60/分钟
5. 中专以上学历。


二、岗位职责
1. 负责相应电商平台上客户的售前售后咨询，促进订单，有效了解客户需求，如有问题能够积极主动有效解决；
2 .负责进行有效的客户管理和沟通；
3. 负责及时跟踪货品发货动向，及时与用户沟通，避免用户不满意；发展和维护良好的客户关系；
4. 负责建立客户服务团队以及培训客户代表等相关人员
5.建立客户档案、质量跟踪记录等售后服务信息管理系统
6. 负责管理和协调***客服；
