ARENA Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is having the following open position and is looking for talent people to join its structure.

  

Assist Merchandisers in daily work, monitor whole shipment process from order placement to delivery completed, including pre-shipment samples reviews, order documents checking, monitor production schedule and inspection status from vendors, input data in the system…etc.

  

In order to ensure a good buying process, timely and complete deliveries to customers in Europe.

  

* Being able to communicate directly with buyers / coordinators from different European countries as well as collaboration with domestic factories & suppliers.

  

* Assisting Merchandisers to develop new business opportunities by helping sourcing new suppliers or products.

  

Required skills:

  

• Good command of spoken and written English

• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Photoshop).

• Holding University degree (at least CET-4 is a plus)

• Minimum of two years work experience in Buying/ Import & Export operations in foreign business

• Able to work independently, ready to work under pressure and overtime occasionally

• Self-motivated & organized, detail-oriented, efficient and team spirit, full of responsibility.
