Senior Sales & Marketing – Touring Show Division
Permanent Position
Location: Asia or China

As an ambassador of the Touring show division, you will report to the Director, Sales and Marketing - International Partnerships. You will play a key role in achieving the business objectives of the Cirque du Soleil Touring Shows Division. Beyond strategies and action plans, it is essential that you demonstrate leadership qualities and a work method that rallies individuals around a common goal so as to maximize the team’s chances of success.
You will be known for:
? Drive and execute effective management of the marketing campaign, advertising plan, promotional activities, digital & social media, CRM, public relations and all other initiatives to promote ticket sales on the territory.
? Act as a liaison between internal Cirque du Soleil teams and the local promoter by supporting and managing local marketing strategies, sales objectives and PR opportunities.
? Manage marketing budget and work with the promoters, agencies and venues to optimize revenue results on the touring shows.
? Manage daily and monthly sales forecast, control costs to ensure sufficient ROI, review invoices and statements as well as provide support for annual budgets.
? Generate monthly activity report on activities and maintain proper reporting of sales and other key business data.
? Create effective, compelling positioning, messaging and sales tools that are used and understood by our different partners and promoters.
? Represent Cirque du Soleil China as brand ambassador both internally and externally, building working relationships within the organization and with relevant media, partners and sponsors.
? Ensure brand guidelines are consistent with Cirque du Soleil guidelines for all sales and marketing materials and activities to local cultural context.
We want to meet you if you have:
? University degree in marketing and communications
? Minimum eight to ten years relevant experience in marketing, advertising, market launches and brand management.
? Self-reliance and creative with strong communication and analytical skills
? Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
? Completely fluent in Mandarin and English (French an assets)
? Availability to travel frequently
