Job :

• Be responsible for machine downtime and scrap
  analysis, provide correct action;

• Cooperation with quality team to deal with quality
  issue and customer complaint;

• Be responsible for maintaining process
  documentation preparation ,such as try-run report, process flowchart, PFMEA,
  work instruction etc. ;

• Be responsible for optimizing the line to pursue
  high performance;

• Technical support/reviews for equipment design;

• Develop new technology/processes as required,
  providing feedback to improve BOP
  standards;

• Provide direction and detailed maintenance
  tracking to support the process ;

• Be responsible for optimizing line balance and
  improving output of assembly line ;

• Discussing and solving complex problems with
  production engineering and MFG, sub-contractors, suppliers and customers;

• Considering the implications of issues such as
  cost, safety and time constraints

• Contribute ideas for innovation and continuous
  improvement on current concept.

• Managing machining supplier activities and make sure meet all
  project target

Requirements:

• University degree in mechanical or electrical
  engineering;

• Good skills of communication and conflict
  handling;

• Be familiar with connector product assembly
  process, non-standard machine design is plus;

• Excellent presentation skills is plus;

• Basic knowledge in TS 16949;

• 5+ years work experience as a ME or relate
  position;
