KEY ELEMENTS, DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-            Managethe Product Development Process(PDP). This includes coordinating all activitiesand interfacing with the team.  Managethe organization through headcount, budget and other department drivenactivities.

-            Implementa date driven management culture based on PDP.

-            Championof the Delphi flawless launches initiative.

-            Championa common PDP system across L&P, consistent with global direction.

-            Leadvalue stream improvements for the PDP process.

-            RepresentA/P as a member of the global PDP team.

-            Assuremetrics are maintained and reported timely to the team.

-            AssurePDP information is maintained in the CBU quick place.

-            FacilitatePDP gate reviews for the CBU (low/high risk) reviews.

-            Participatein China Low/High Risk Reviews.

-            Personneland budget control

-            Complywith internal control requirements, H&S and Delphi Business Process.

QUALIFICATION:

-    Bachelorgraduate at least

-    Able to tack thefabrication status and stick on the deadline

-    Strongpersonality and able to lead a diverse team

-    Engineer with5-7 years experience in product manufacturing / product development

- Fluent oral English and excellent written English and good command of computer skills
