Title: Senior Digital Analytics Associate
Company/Location: GTB/Shanghai office
Department/Discipline: Market Science Unit
Overview: Reporting to Digital Analytics Manager, the Associate must have strong background of data and ability to interpret data into insights, be a good communicator with both internal teams / clients and carry independent thoughts.
Responsibilities:
? Analyze online website performance with the utilization of Adobe Analytics (also known as Omniture Site Catalyst).
? Perform regular deliverables (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly) and ad hoc requests that identifies actionable marketing insights, and help to optimize website user experience.
? Support internal teams / local markets on data requests, insights as well as consultation of Adobe Analytics usage.
Qualifications and Experience:
? 1-2 years of experience in marketing/digital analytics experience, familiar with common digital metrics; automobile industry experience highly preferred.
? Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics (also known as Omniture Site Catalyst) or Google Analytics.
? Advanced proficiency with MS Excel (formula, v-lookup, pivot table) and MS PowerPoint.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English. Some client-facing skills. Ability to clearly and concisely generate/communicate analytics insights.
? Ownership of tasks in hand, and capability to manage his / her project progress.
