职位描述：
*负责国内电梯控制柜及电梯检测设备销售工作。工作内容包括：根据客户技术要求制作方案报价、跟进订单及付款进展。
In charge of machine sales work in China. Work content includes, make proposal according to customer's technical requirement, follow up order and payment progress.
*洞悉、分析、更新竞争对手的相关信息和市场的发展趋势，并及时向销售经理/总监汇报
Forecast, analyze, update information of competitors and market trend, and timely report to line manager
*协助销售经理/总监制定和执行区域销售战略
Assist Sales Manager to develop and execute regional sales strategy
*有效地进行新渠道、新客户、新市场的开拓
Effectively to exploit new channels, customers and market
*建立及维护客户关系，对订单中发生的问题及时解决处理
Build and maintain good customer relationship, and coordinate to deal with all kinds of the issues occurring in the process in time
*积极配合市场部参加产品推广相关活动，包括展会、研讨会、客户日等
Actively to cooperate with marketing department to participate in activities including exhibitions, seminars, customer day, etc.
*每周汇报客户拜访报告以及SOP，新客户详细信息
Report to line manager with Sales Visit Report and SOP, new customer information on weekly basis
*协助管理客户资源：名片、工厂清单
Assist to manage customer resource: Name card, Factory list
*确保订单信息的准确性，如客户信息、付款信息、货物信息等
Ensure the accuracy of order information, i.e. information for customer, payment information, goods, etc.
*确保合同条款合规
Contract term compliance
*销售订单回款跟进
Support for sales order A/R
*在业务以及相关流程与其他部门加强沟通，确保各项工作正确、有效开展
Strengthen communication with other departments on business and workflow, to carry out work correctly and efficiently
*领导安排的其他任务
Perform other tasks required or assigned by line manager
II- Qualifications & Compentencies:
任职基本条件：
Education Background (Major, certificate and etc)
*本科以上，电气/市场营销及相关专业优先
Working Experience
* 1年以上机械/电气行业销售经验,
Critical Skills
* 性格开朗，积极进取、善于与人沟通，有团队精神，客户导向
4 Computer Skills
* 熟练掌握MS Office 软件，具备数据库基本知识
5Language Abilities CET-4
