Job Title: FF&E Designer
You are a high energy individual that wants to be part of a small but growing team because you can make big contributions throughout the entire development process. You have experience doing soft deco and FF&E for the China Residential and Commercial market.

Job Description:
- Experience in Residential and Commercial interiors
- Expertise in Residential Soft Furnishings and Decoration (FF&E)
- Development of floor plans, material and mood boards, and working drawings.
- Develop Design package and presentation documents.
- Coordinate with Interior Design team, material suppliers, and construction team.
- Understand client needs, conceptualize and propose design concepts.
- Collect information on design trend and apply them to new concepts.

Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years experience
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
- Understanding of construction documents
- Great working attitude with motivation to learn and grow professionally.
- Software skills include Autocad, Sketch up, Revit, Rhino, Photoshop.
- English speaking
- Strong knowledge of construction process and materials.

Salary Range:
9,000 to 18,000rmb/month depending on experience.
