职位描述：
General task

The Director Testing and Validation carries the company’s philosophy within the Laboratory and implements the company targets set by the Group Board. His/her task is to continuously optimize the order processing in accordance with the quality targets. As well as ensure the capacity (staff and equipment) to meet the respective contract specifications. He/she has to ensure all the time to follow the legal and environmental compliance rules and regulations.

Individual tasks

1. Ensure suitable devices, equipment and consumables are available and follow the latest technical standard
2. Organize functional testing and/or maintenance contracts for devices and equipment where necessary
3. Responsible for the organization and processes within the laboratory (professional as well as disciplinary)
4. Provides technical support and advice to customers and Project coordinator
5. Actively supports the laboratory in introduction and characterisation of new test methods
6. Ensure accuracy of technical master data for all methods according to Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
7. Responsible to train and dedicate methods to employees
8. Actively support IT department in programming and optimising the modules for laboratory organisation within LIMS
9. Determine and implementing the analytic quality assurance methods and quality targets in consideration of existing guidelines
10. Participate in available and necessary inter-laboratory tests
11. Ensures agreed upon time schedule for testing
12. Responsible for test reports (technical accuracy) and authorized signatures by measuring stations
13. Identifies potential and optimize continuously the cost/benefit ratio within the Laboratory
14. Support the planning for capital expenditures
15. Responsible for Healthy Safety Environment (HSE) by implementing and follow upo internal rules and regulations.

Qualification

- University Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering or similar degree or professional training as a certified engineer with a relevant work experience.
- Work experience of at least 5 years in the field of material testing and leading a laboratory (preferable in the automotive industry)
- At least 3 years Management experience
- Organizational ability and capable of leading a team
- Good communication skills
- Chinese native and fluent in English language. German language skills would be preferred.
