Responsibilities:

1.Communicate with line manager and understanding job requirements
2.Release the hiring position on the internet and screen the resumes
3.Source candidates, interview candidates and identify potential hires.
4.Make the arrangements for interview and input the candidates’ information in data base
5.Keep on tracking the potential candidates till on boarding
6.Updating hiring plans, candidate pool, weekly recruiting report

Requirements:
？
1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in human resource related is preferred
2.Minimum 3 years experiences in recruiting, multinational automotive enterprise experiences is preferred
3.Good recruiting knowledge and interview skills
4.Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
5.Excellent English skills both in written and Oral
