职位描述：
1、 主导公司新产品的开发工作，负责参与新品信息收集； 2、 根据品牌要求与工厂协调设计生产产品，完成各阶段的打样工作，编写相关要求说明；
3、 负责梳理在售产品，结合市场需求，通过浏览国内外网站分析市场需求，寻找潜力新品；
4、 走访市场，密切关注国内外各大知名品牌的相关信息，并进行归纳；
5、 同公司各部门沟通，同供应厂商联系，提供技术支持；
岗位要求：
1、 热爱箱包行业，时尚敏感度极强，具备较强的市场流行把握能力
2、 熟悉箱包产品开发的工作流程，对箱包的制作工艺、设计打版都有清晰的了解，对面料有一定的了解
3、 有成熟的箱包类产品开发和运营经验者优先
4、 思维敏捷，良好的沟通协调能力与执行力，责任心强，团队意识、抗压能力出色
5、 本科及以上学历，相关市场营销、采购管理专业毕业
