职位描述：
The position will be responsible for managing product purchase information in Shenzhen, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
The position will be expected to assist the daily jobs of Buying Managers in the whole buying and merchandising process and ensure that data are accurate and all requirements have been met.
An evaluation for each product category should be conducted. The position will be assisting Buying Manager to review the performance against the budgets.
The position will work closely with the operations team to ensure the price is accurately set up and all the merchandises are timely prepared for store opening and product replenishment.
Performance will be measured based on KPI’s of data accuracy, shipment delivery and product performance.

Specific responsibilities include;
? Process information by categorizing, calculating, verifying information or data from all relevant sources.
? Enter and maintain product information in system.
? Ensure compliance with purchasing and contract management instructions, regulations, policies procedures.
? Assist Buying Manager to issue purchase order, follow contract procedure, input data, conduct product analysis and fulfill payment schedule.
? Communicate regarding the merchandising plan and replenishment schedule.
? Review purchase orders contracts for conformance to policies.
? Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse to ensure orders will be fulfilled correctly.
? Contact suppliers in order to schedule and co-ordinate deliveries.
? Resolve issues related to product shortages, missing or late deliveries, claims or other problems with suppliers/warehouse as appropriate.

Requirement:
? Educated to College level or above, holding a degree qualification
? 2- 3 years’ experience in the China retail market
? Knowledge of the Apparel Procurement Industry
? Patient and details-oriented
? Good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, ability to work with various people
? Good analytical skills in excel
? Self-motivated with drive and determination
? High level of integrity
