Main responsibility:
I. General
a. Research and evaluate new technologies to be used as enhancements or upgrades to existing server, network, and other IT infrastructure equipment
b. Analyzes the needs of different departments and determines ways to meet business objectives by modifying existing or developing new information processing systems
c. Understand quickly all kinds of Client’s environments and business requirements/needs
d. Manage the strategic direction of the areas of responsibility including developing a roadmap and managing the technology portfolio
e. Collaborate with senior leadership and business areas to determine technology needs and priorities necessary to achieve business objectives
f. Develop business cases for solutions alternatives and make recommendations
g. Drive solution selection, implementation and upgrades throughout the entire project life cycle
h. Evaluate user requests and various technical solution options and make recommendations for the best solution
i. Produce solution cost and resource estimates based on requirements and statements of work
j. Develop and maintain work plans to implement initiatives and special projects on-time and within budget
k. Establish and maintain regular communications with the organization’s executives, decision-makers, stakeholders, and end-users regarding pertinent activities
l. Direct the management of vendor relationships and services in area of responsibility
m. Participate in the selection, negotiation, and execution of contracts with vendors for areas of responsibility
n. Implement processes and procedures to meet compliance requirements
o. Coordinate professional development of direct reports to ensure skills are maintained and enhanced
p. Participate in special projects or perform other duties as required
II. Project management
a. Assist General Manager in any kind of project involving IT, software, or information system
b. Provide IT management and implementation for required project
III. ERP binding development
a. Coordinate and cooperate with EC Managers to supervise ERP binding development for our Clients
b. Understand the business needs of each brand to identify the requirement for ERP system and if applicable come up with internal solution
c. Ensure the coordination between all stakeholders: Baison ERP, WMS solutions, Clients’ IT team, internal E-commerce team.
Skills and requirements:
1) College or above education, computer major or other relevant majors
2) Coding skills
3) Fluent English – spoken and written
4) At least two year or more of experience in desk help support
5) Deeply understand the standards of ERP, has some practical understanding and experience on the serviceability and accessibility
6) Good at communication, with team work spirit, strong sense of responsibility for the job, and able to bear strong work pressure
7) Have creative sense, active thinking, strong logical thinking, and willing to learn to improve own capability
8) Entrepreneurial: able and willing to work in a small size start-up organization where versatility is a must and where one is asked to multitask. Can take initiatives
9) High level of integrity and loyalty
