职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
? Provide executive support to Head of Shanghai Retail, research issues, analyse problems, determine approaches, compile data and prepare reports;
? Analyse the commercial activities of Retail Shanghai according to ECCO Standards & KPI’s
? Prioritize and initiate new tasks within the business to meet operation & business needs
? Follow up & deviation reporting on overall action plans as regards deadlines & responsibilities
? Act as channel of communications to provide retail staff with relevant information
? Handle the flow of information & activities in discreet & confidential manner
? Co-ordinate meetings with retail office, landlords, authorities and suppliers according to plan
? Prepare relevant commercial information & presentations
? Prepare agendas, reports & minutes of each business meeting

Position Requirement:
1. Degree graduate in Business, marketing or English
2. 3-5 years relevant working experience, working in retail industry preferred
3. Excellent excel knowledge, MS office, power point
