上海柏盈美打印耗材有限公司，成立于1998年，现有员工400余人，从事打印机耗材（硒鼓）生产为主，产品主要销售对象为国外客户。现因扩大生产规模，面向社会招聘男、女长期工。
一、工作描述：
1.工作内容：打印机的硒鼓产品的零件组装、成品测试或者包装。工作简单、易学会易操作，无任何危险。
2.工作时间：根据产量计划，8小时~11小时/日，做六休一（单休）。
3.薪酬方式：工厂采用集体计件制的方式，每个产品都有标准的计件价格，多劳多得。
4.行业优势：1）坐式工作、无翻班（无夜班）、车间人性化管理；刚入职的（第一年）不用体检
2）有上进心的愿意学习的员工，提供培训并向基层管理人员晋升的机会（相应福利提高）
3）需要提供住宿的员工，公司提供带空调、带卫生间的宿舍
4）面试人员不用考试
5）不通过中介，工厂直招，无需任何费用
二、招聘要求：
1.年龄范围：男女生均要求18-40周岁
2.身高要求：男女生均要求1.58米以上
3.学历要求：初中及以上
4.视力情况：无色盲，无色若，裸视0.8（相当于通用的4.8以上），戴眼镜的也可以
5.身体健康，无慢性疾病（不适合体力劳动的疾病）
6.总体要求：为人诚实、身体健康、能吃苦耐劳、工作态度积极上进。能适应加班
三、福利待遇：
1.（按照现在工厂普工的平均收入），月到手综合工资在4000~6500元左右
2.转正后缴纳法定的保险等
3.提供工作餐；有需要的工厂提供男、女集体宿舍。宿舍标准：6~8人/间，每人付房租200元，不提前预收，在月底工资中扣除。
注：面试及报到时，均须提供本人的二代身份证证件，面试时间：上午10：00至下午16：00
