职位描述：
主要职责：
1.接收客户委托书,联系安排客户出货事宜；
2.及时跟进客户出货情况并反馈给客户或者国外代理及相关人员,如报关报检、AMS/ENS舱单发送、箱子上船及提单签发等情况；
3.与海内外各业务部门的沟通协作，及时妥善解决货运过程中的各类问题；
4.密切与海外、船东、同行等保持联络；
5.确认并结算操作过程中产生的相关费用，具备门到门的服务意识和能力；
6.处理客户投诉、索赔；
7.完成上级交办的其他相关工作。

职位要求：
1.大专及以上学历，CET4；
2.熟悉整个海运出口操作流程，能独立处理操作过程中的问题，为客户提供优质的服务；具有极强的客户服务意识；
3.有3-4年以上一级货代海运出口从业经验。有美线庄家工作背景优先考虑；熟悉各种形式的海运出口操作流程；
4.良好的沟通表达能力，英语读写熟练；
5.具有流程监控和应急处理的能力，具有风险防范意识；
6.具有良好的沟通、协调、应变、接受能力，有强烈责任心和团队合作精神，服从上级指示，能与其他部门良好沟通，愿意分享；
7. 熟练使用办公自动化，工作效率高；接受加班（如需），有一定的抗压能力；
8. 工作态度积极，品行端正，细心认真，条理清楚，责任心强，善于学习新的事物；
9. 本市户籍。

Position Responsibilities：
1. Collect shipping order and arrange booking；
2. Monitor booking progress; keep clients and oversea agents informed with customs declaration, AMS/ENS and B/L issue status；
3. Solve all the cases during cargo transportation through cooperating with other departments；
4. Keep close contact with oversea agents, carriers and co-load clients；
5. Calculate operation cost; ability and sense to handle door to door service；
6. Handle complaint and compensation；
7. Other task assigned by leader.

Requirements:
1. Colleges’ degree or above；CET-4；
2. Familiar with whole process of sea freight export; able to solve problems independently； strong sense of customer service；
3. 3-4 year experience in the freight forwarding industry, US trade experience is preferred. Knowledge of variety kinds of sea freight export；
4. Good communication and English skill；
5. Ability of progress monitoring and handling emergent cases; consciousness of risk protection；
6. Strong teamwork spirit, obedience, willing to share；
7. Excellent in MS office skills; Overtime work if needed; have certain compressive capacity；
8. Active attitude, good learning ability and creativity, conscientious；
