Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: NetBooster Shanghai Office
Division: HR & Admin
Report to: HR Manager
Responsibilities of the Role:
Recruitment-Shanghai Office
Assist on recruitment, ads posting/interview arrangement/screen and select resume for junior positions /and other task related to recruitment.
Assist to update and clarify candidates’ information via ZOHO system
Employee Relationship-Shanghai Office
Assist on foreigners permit application, renew process
Assist on employees’ attendance management
Assist on daily documents collection and employee personal file maintenance
Assist to update and clarify staff’s information via ZOHO system
Assist on other task related to employee relationship
Other Project-Shanghai Office
Assist on HR project-Training Program/Trainee Program
Required skills and competencies:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Good command of English
3. High passion on HR field, detailed-oriented, a good team player
4. Basic knowledge of HR, HR intern experience is preferred
