职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
o Manage the coordination with local quality department in order to ensure that the products fit for purpose and meet both external and internal requirements, including regulatory compliance Check regulatory status of products.
o Advise on compliance with applicable regulations.
o On demand, check the technical regulatory compliance of labels and other communication and trade supports.
o Help in the preparation of registration forms and documents to be submitted to the proper Authorities.
o Assist with official controls and exchanges with Authorities.
o Help in anticipating future regulations and other tasks from China RA manager.
o Assist China RA manager to coordinate and finish internal and external regulatory projects.
o The regulatory reference person may be involved in the work of professional associations and may :
？ Become the communication channel with professional associations with respect to regulatory issues on Lesaffre N&H BUs products and activities.
？ Attend the meetings of relevant committees and working groups.
o The person will be an active member of the China Regulatory affairs team and member of Lesaffre Global regulatory affairs network.

Job Requirements:
- Scientific background: Bachelor degree or Master degree in food science or related fields,
- Previous experience in regulatory affairs (at least 6 years working experience and minimum 3 years in regulatory affairs) in the region in a food/chemical/biotech company or in Quality management or in any related field; and some experience of western corporate culture,
- Good understanding of our processes, products, and competitive environment:
o Industry background is a plus;
o Large range of products ever responsible for is a plus;
o A good understanding of food, feed and nutrition issues;
- Up to date and thorough knowledge of pertinent legislation and sources;
- Previous experience of regulatory submissions to Authorities;
- Strong organizational and analysis skills, ability to show rigor and a methodical approach to administering and maintaining regulatory files;
- Good communication skills (verbal & written);
- Fluent in English and Mandarin;
- Self-motivated and able to work alone but with good team and interpersonal skills;
- Successful experience as a cross functional project leader;
- Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively; 举报 分享
