职位描述：
Sales Manager (Based in Beijing Haidian Office)
？ DO market study of area planning, competitor and propose city expansion strategy.
？ Delivers solution and innovative promotional concepts to secure existing Client’s base and establish new market entry.
？ Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
？ Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
？ Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending service improvements and new products suit for their specific needs.
？ Providing feedback of potential customers and members to enhance service delivery.
？ Ensuring effective internal communication within the Sales Team and across the Company.
？ Monitoring and reporting the potential collaborators and competitor activities and identifying business threats and opportunities.
？ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
？ Able to communicate complicated technical issues, with effective presentation skills.
？ Negotiating the agreement terms and closing down sales.
？ Meet deadlines along with working under pressure.
 

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree of microelectronics and microelectronics related major is preferred
-Familiar with semiconductor industry is preferred
-5+ years working experience in semiconductor industry
- Good sales and BD skills
-Be mature, initiative with strong sense of teamwork
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
-Strong technical analytical skills
