职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Review preventive maintenance requirement in SAP system, then communicate with maintenance team member and TPU/PCG production planner to make the proper maintenance schedule according to TPU/PCG production actual situation.
2. Review all maintenance work request that created in SAP, determine validity and accuracy of work request: clear scope of work, realistic completion date, proper lead times, labor requirement, work permit, and discuss details with originator of the work order.
3. Estimate requirement of all maintenance work order: labor, duration, maintenance material and spare part, skill, certification, work permit etc. then discuss with maintenance foreman to make proper and realizable maintenance schedule.
4. Contact and coordinate with outside service vendor, and discuss with maintenance engineer to confirm vendor’s service date, work scope and requirement, and work acceptance.
5. Work with maintenance engineer and TPU/PCG/utility operation team, to review and optimize preventive maintenance system.
6. Responsible for maintenance data entry and management: maintenance work order, timing card, maintenance parts etc; timely close all maintenance work orders and maintenance log items when work is finished.
7. Provide the bill of material for the work order, update and count maintenance spare part timely, create purchase requirement for spare part, keep spare part proper inventory with maximum using efficiency and minimum risk of critical part lacking.
8. Monthly review the completed situation and performance of maintenance work order, analyze the reason of reject, pending and uncompleted work order.
9. Manage maintenance procedure and SOP, make sure it compliant with ISO 9001/14001/18001.
10. Manage maintenance document, such as maintenance work record/permit, timing card, equipment manual/instruction, drawing etc.
11. Provide related maintenance report, such as spare part inventory report, maintenance KPI report, maintenance work order analysis report, PR/PO report etc.

Education:
？ College degree in mechanical, electrical or engineering related？

Knowledge, technical/professional skill:
？ Equipment (mechanical or electrical) background is necessary.
？ Has adequate maintenance knowledge and skill to estimate labor hours, material
？ Can understand PI&D drawing, maintenance processes, and basic maintenance concept like PM/PdM etc.
？ Strong plan skill with good execution capacity
？ Should have good communication capability and skill
？ Documentation management capability,
？ Good math skills and computer skills, especially on Microsoft Word and Excel
？ Hard working, like to take challenge,
？ SAP experience is preferred

Experience:
？ At least 3 years maintenance or related experience in chemical plant

Language Skill:
