职位描述：
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is to handle all Customer Billing work including reminding ready to invoice shipments, pricing is WS system, credit notes, local tax invoices, related reports required by Global Finance/Local Finance/Customers


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Send “Ready to invoice” report and remind BD/OPS department to prepare pricing

2. Pricing in WS system based on quotation/communication with BD/OPS department

3. Check credit notes application

4. Calculate sales rebate on a monthly basis

5. Issue local tax invoices

6. Complete all related report on a monthly basis

7. Other work allocated by Finance Manager


EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

College degree or above in Finance

At least 1 year working experience in the same position


REPORTS DIRECTLY TO:

Finance Manager


MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Strong EXCEL skills
2. Good interpersonal & communication skills
