Sourcing Project Engineer
Responsibilities
Involvement and support of relevant activities for sourcing project works
- Responsible for technical support of sourcing activities, initial technical evaluation for potential suppliers,pre-audit in plant, make initial decision for suppliers selection.
- Improvement of technical and quality level for new selected suppliers
- Independently handle projects major on quality control
- Analysis potential demand and create new potential business possibility.
- Get deep involved of supplier database and achieve backup solution
- Internal Technical clarification when it comes to new inquiries incl. customized demand and nonstandard parts
- Strong technical support on domestic suppliers’ sourcing.
Qualification and experience
- At least 7 years work experience, ideally in technical roles (purchase experience is plus)
- At least 5 years work experience on fasteners or C-parts for this position.
- Details-driven, process-driven and a self-disciplined attitude is very important for this position.
- SAP or other ERP experience is preferred.
- Rich experience for Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Excellent communication-influencing and problem solving skills.
Education
- Bachelor or above degree with major in trading or business.
Language
- Fluent in both written and spoken English (Must). German is plus.
- Native is Chinese

Additional Capability
- Proficient in computer skills, such as MS Excel, Word, PPT etc.
- Able to work structural
- Skilled in technical and supplier development tools
- Strong team work spirit and interpersonal skills.
