Position based in Dubai (United Arab Emirates)

Job Profile & Key Responsibilities
You will contribute to support fully the duties of your sales team to achieve business targets.

Key responsibilities:
1. Decrypting consultant specifications.
2. Understanding bill of materials.
3. Liaising with Suppliers for timely offers and deliveries.
3. Preparing customized commercial offers.
4. Registering orders and reviewing contractual documents.
5. Preparing material submittals.
6. Allocating stocks, issuing delivery and pick notes, shipping documentation.
7. Monitoring the successful completion of the supply cycle until payment.
8. Updating the CRM system.
9. Preparing Monthly reports on product offers and orders.

Skills requirement:

1. Understanding of sales / commerce / trading principles
2. Knowledge of an Enterprise Resource Program
3. Knowledge of a Customer Relationship Management Program
4. Advanced knowledge of Excel is a requirement
5. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and pay attention to details
6. Ability to read and interpret detailed instructions
7. Excellent organizational skills
8. Ability to work under pressure
9. Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
10. Team player
11. Newly graduated is also welcomed.
12.Ready for long term oversea deployment.

Learning background requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. "211 Project" universities or above
3. Professional verbal and written communication skills in English (Minimum CET 6 / IELTS 6.0 /TOEFL 75 Or equivalent)
4. Oversea education experience will be preferred.
5. Extra language skills other than Chinese and English will be preferred, e.g.: French/Arabic, etc. 举报 分享
