2、负责本部门的日常管理工作，招聘、培训、绩效、员工关系等模块工作的宣导和执行。

3、起草、修改和完善人力资源相关管理制度和工作流程

4、发展并宣扬公司企业文化，提升企业文化内涵，丰富员工的精神生活，增强员工对公司的归属感与团队凝聚力。

岗位要求：

1、人力资源、管理专业，专科及以上学历，5年以上人力资源管理经验。

2、具备良好的人力资源专业知识和管理技巧、良好的职业操守和职业素养。

3、具备乐观、积极，正能量的工作态度。
