职位描述：
   协助支持销售总监，做好其后台支持
 制定相关计划，已完成销售目标
维护和不断扩展销售渠道，寻找新客户
   主持和参与会议
 在适当的价格水平下，完成客户移交的所有的认证。
 保持高水准的个人销售原则，职业道德和专业技巧

任职要求：
毕业于传媒，广告，市场营销等相关专业
 至少有一年的销售经验，了解B2B 的销售模式和环境，有积极的态度和毅力去开发和分析新的商机
有一定的销售经验和市场了解，熟悉现代媒体，有竞争意识和策略
杰出的组织技能和时间管理技巧，有一定的抗压能力
 有一定的英文口语和书写能力

Business Development And marketing assistant Shanghai

Rald is looking for a Business Development assistant in Shanghai office.


Who you are?


? You are positive, passionate about delivering and exceptional service
? You have knowledge and understanding of PR and media Industry
? You have a can-do positive attitude
? You have excellent communication skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate between internal managers and final clients

What will you be responsible for?


? Help Support the marketing director in:
? Executes tactical plans to meet and exceed growth sales targets.
? Maintains a healthy sales pipeline at all times by continually engaging new clients.
? Conducts sales presentations and carry out meetings with clients.
? Closes deals at appropriate price levels and completes all accreditation requirements imposed by the clients before hand-over to the account.
? Maintains high standards in terms of personal sales discipline, work ethic and professionalism.

Requirements


? Degree in media, communications, advertising, marketing or business.
? Must have at least 1 year experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment; a positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities.
? Corporate sales experience and knowledge of the market, current media issues, competitor behavior and strategy. Exposure to the PR and Advertising industries is deemed desirable.
? Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
? Eager, tenacious, articulate, diplomatic, high energy, competitive and driven.
? Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese.
