负责所辖区域销售的工作流程和工作内容的优化；
配合网络部落实培训及现场指导经销商销售代表，提升经销商销售代表能力；
监督经销商执行客户满意度工作，以提高客户满意度；
分析和监控所辖区域的日常销售、库存、市场活动的资金流动及预算，做好销售市场预测；
收集所辖区域市场信息及政策；
根据市场情况，及时对公司的市场推广方案、营销策略提出改进建议；
做好区域内大用户的开发和维护；
确保所辖区域的销售任务顺利完成；
完成上级交办的其他任务；
