POSITION ROLE / 职责作用
Coordinate and support QEMS, Product Certification & CI Activities with guide by QEMS manager.
在质量体系经理指导下，协调和支持质量环境体系、产品认证和持续改进活动。

AUTHORITIES / 职责权限
Require the support from related functions for QEMS documents draft submission, Product Certification as CCC information submission.
要求相关职能支持进行质量环境体系文件草稿的提交、产品认证如CCC信息的提交。
Require the support from related functions for CI idea submission/review/implementation and 6 sigma project process feedback.
要求相关职能支持持续改进建议的提交/评审/实施，以及六西格玛项目进程的反馈。

MAJOR FUNCTIONS / 岗位职责
? Standardize the QEMS documents in required format;
按要求的格式将质量环境体系文件标准化；
? QEMS document control;
质量环境体系文件管控；
? Product certification application documents preparation, samples preparation coordinating and payment request;
产品认证申请文件的准备、协调样件准备及付款申请；
? Support for CI idea collection, following-up and award program;
支持持续改进建议的搜集、跟进和奖励制度；
? Support 6 Sigma project status monitoring and reporting;
支持六西格玛项目状态的监督和汇报；
? Complete other tasks as assigned by manager;
完成经理安排的其他任务；
? Read and written communication skills in English;
英文读写沟通能力；
? Teamwork ability and strong communication skill;
