Job description:
Develop new product according to customer’s requirements.
Negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs.
Follow the whole process from sampling to production and secure on-time delivery.
Maintain the daily order status and secure a healthy stock level at factory.
Maintain and update the document system required by customer.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in textile, garment, trading or business administration.
at least 2 years’ experience in product development and merchandising in home textile or related category.
Good textile material knowledge
Good cost knowledge of home textile production.
Excellent negotiation skills
good command of spoken and written English
personal integrity and maturity
Careful and attention to detail.
