职位描述：
Job Title: HR Specialist
Report to: Office Manager


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform full spectrum of Human Resources and Office Administration activities including recruitment and selection, training management, compensation and benefits, visa application, staff relation, travel arrangement etc.;
- Maintain good HR records including personal data, leave records, attendance etc.
- Perform monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner;
- Handle employee inquiries and provide professional HR advice to internal customers;
- Handle office administration functions to ensure smooth operation;
- Other ad hoc projects


REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines with at least 5 years relevant experience;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Sound PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Familiar with labor law and local HR practice;
- Able to work under pressure, a good team player and people orientated. 举报 分享
