职位描述：
Responsibility & Job Description:
1. Manage product compliance, chemical compliance and quality compliance for all products distributed in China market.
2. Deal with local authorities for compliance.
3. Settle consumer complaints and questions from China authorities.
4. Prepare quality and technical documentation (i.e. Product DoC, Quality Specification, QC reports, WI & etc)
5. Manage a quality documentation database to ensure all technical document are up-to-date.
6. Drive a failure analysis (FMEA) and work out CAP with internal teams and suppliers.
7. Manage supplier performances and perform factory production assessment as per internal guidelines.
8. Organize and perform IQC, Durpo and FQC inspections at factories or warehouse if necessary.
9. Negotiate with 3rd party testing laboratories and local authorizes for test arrangement and non-compliance issues.
10. Manage the field returns, organize product failure analysis and prepare monthly reports.
11. Support the CS team to handle quality related inquiries or complaints from consumers and regulatory agencies.
12. Support QC and QA activities for China region.
13. Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to drive improvement on quality related issues.
14. Provide quality and technical supports to New Product Development (NPD) with Quality Manager.
15. Provide administrative supports to quality department.

Requirements:
1. University graduate in Chemistry, Quality, Electrical or other engineering disciplines.
2. At least 3-5 years solid working experiences in engineering, manufacturing or lab testing fields.
3. Expertize in the national safety standards, especially in GB, 3C, China RoHS and etc.
4. Strong at chemical knowledge.
5. Good knowledge and hand on experiences for infant, food contact, toys, household and/or electrical appliances products.
6. Sound knowledge of international standards, for example, EN, ASTM, ISO and etc.
7. Hand on experience in EU and US market compliances will be an advantage.
8. Hand on experience in factory audit will be an advantage.
9. Good network with 3rd party testing laboratories will be an advantage.
10. Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills.
11. Good PC knowledge.
12. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
13. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
14. Independent, mature and initiative.
15. Station in PRC.
