1.严格按照公司的SOP 联系海外代理和报价；
2 接受国外SALES LEAD, 负责联络国内客户，确认货好时间，安排订舱；
3.对接操作和海外代理，及时提供专业的信息咨询和必须的文件资料直至货物上船；
4.灵活处理各种突发状况以保证货物的顺利出运；
5.熟悉欧洲、地中海航线操作流程；
6.负责完成上级交办的其他相关工作；
任职要求：
1.国际贸易/商务英语/物流管理专业优先；
2.熟悉货代/国际物流行业流程，海运/陆运/空运操作客服经验2年以上；
3.具备协调和解决问题的能力和良好的团队精神；
4.性格开朗，为人诚信，工作认真仔细，服务意识强，能承受一定工作压力。
