职位描述：
Responsibility:
■Be respond for the company（Quality/Security/Service/Manufacture/Supply）
■Setting up various cost index and implement it according to the decisions made by the leadership
■Management of the belonging stuff.Unite the team and predict their workload
■Obey to the Management Procedure.Make budget（Investment，Staff，Training，Purchase) and give feasible advice
■Set index to avoid exceeding the budget, to provide the necessary Management Measures to the Board of Directors
■Sets up a goal oriented weekly report and monthly statement to oversee the day-to-day work of the Department
■Organized and promoted Quality Meeting/Safety Meeting/Production Meeting and so on
■Make sure the relationship with the Standard Supervision Department/Safty Department/Government
■Be committed to the company responsible for the Process Management, Process Elements and Specific Indicators Updating Process

Authority
■Belonging to the general manager
■Lead related Departments of the Company

Abilities
■With higher education background of Chemistry or Management
■At least ten years working experience in Factory Management and Operation of the paint industry
■Deep understanding of industry Regulations
■Emphasize team spirit, have good communication skills, dedication
