工作职责：

        1. 负责来访人员的接待和登记工作
        2. 负责接听总机及转接工作
        3. 负责公司快递、信件等文件的收发工作
        4. 负责办公用品的统计和采购
        5. 负责人员考勤记录，并定期整理汇报
        6. 完成公司交办的其他事宜


Key Responsibilities:
? Responsibility on receptions for visitors
? Receive and transfer calls on the switchboard properly
? Receive and send packages, letters, and etc. accordingly
? Count and purchase office stationery
? Responsibility on personnel attendance and report regularly
? Other tasks assigned by company


岗位要求：

1. 大专以上学历，具备一定的商务礼仪知识，形象气质佳
2. 英语基本的听说读写能力，熟练使用办公软件
3. 性格随和，认真仔细，有耐心，有一定的组织协调能力
4. 具有良好的职业操守和团队精神


Key Qualifications:
? Good knowledge of business etiquette
? Good English written and verbal communication skills
? Proficient in Excel, Outlook
? Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
