- Daily Suspect Part Judgment & Scrap Control. Batch Scrap Issue Follow-up with Corrective Action Implementation
- PSN Follow-up with Corrective Action Implementation (including Yellow/Red)
- Customer Complaint Containment, Root Causing and Corrective Action Implementation
- Repair Station Monthly Top Issues Follow-up with Corrective Action Implementation
- PDI Failure Follow-up with Corrective Action Implementation
- Raw Material Issue Follow-up with Corretive Action Implementation and Cost Recovery
- Lead Customer Audit and Follow-up findings with Corrective Action Implementation
- Perform LPA and Process Audit and Follow-up findings with Corrective Action Implementation
- Change Management with Change Implementation Verification / Breakpoint Control / Customer Notification
- Control Plan Optimization (including WI / VPS Optimization, Quality Alert Release) / Lessons Learn Sharing
- Lead 4 engineers and 2 technicians.
