岗位描述：
1、贯彻执行集团公司下达的各项经营和管理目标，负责组织全酒店的经济核算工作；
2、制定和审查财务管理方法和规章；按照集团公司的规章制度评审现行的会计制度和计算机系统；
3、负责监督财务部所有成员；为集团公司和部门领导提供专业方面的工作指导；与酒店的法律顾问，保险公司，税务顾问，审计师，商业和政府银行一起有效地管理商业资产及提供商业支持；
4、在规划和执行战略方案、预算和目标计划时，协助提供财务指导；进行月度检查和测试，确保所有部门按照要求遵守相关的工作规程。

任职要求：
1、会计、财务相关专业本科及以上学历；具备中级会计职称、注册会计师资格证书优先；
2、8年以上相关工作经验，至少3年五星级酒店财务总监工作岗位经验；
3、优秀的预测、预算、成本控制能力；
4、英语说写流利；
5、良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守，责任心、事业心强，具备较强的执行力，富有激情，能出色完成公司下达的各项指令。

Position: Director of Finance & Business Support

Job Description
1、Implement every operation and management objective of the head office and responsible for, organizing the economic accounting of the whole hotel.
2、Establish and review financial management method and regulations; Evaluate existing accounting systems and computer systems as per the head office’s Policies and Procedures.
3、Responsible for the supervision of all members of the Accounting Department. Provide professional guidance and expertise to Head Office and Department Leaders; Work with the hotel’s legal counsel, insurer, tax consultants, auditors, commercial and government banks to manage effectively the assets of the business and to provide business support.
4、Assist to provide financial guidance in the planning and implementation of strategic programs, budgets and objectives. Conduct monthly inspections and tests to ensure all departments are complying with required procedures.

Required Qualifications
1、Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related major. The one with the title of Medium Level Accountant or CPA qualification has priority.
2、Eight years of relevant experience，at least three years of experience as Director of Finance in an international five star hotel
3、Excellent abilities of cost prediction , budget and control.
4、Fluent spoken and written English
5、Good professional dedication spirit and professional ethics, high sense of responsibility and high spirit of enterprise, strong executive power, passionate, able to fulfill all the instructions issued by the company.
