职位描述：
Position Objective:
To provide data analytics support efficiently to meet business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Extract data from relational database by using SQL and SAS programming language to support customer campaigns for cross-selling/up-selling, customer retention and Wellness promotion, including customer name list generation and campaign performance tracking.
- Provide post-campaign analysis on success rate and leads utilization.
- Deliver daily business reports aimed to monitor and drive production.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support business decision on product development, Wellness program etc.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields required, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics or related fields
- 1-3 year SQL and SAS experience is a must, with thorough understanding of relational database
- Excel guru in pivot table, macros, vlookup etc.
- Life insurance experience is preferred
- A responsible person and a team player with good team-work spirit
