职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Work with product owners, artists/designers, and other leads to implement PC client for online platform
? Continuously review and improve software architecture and drive development processes
? Evaluate middleware/technologies, write and review proposals and other technical documents, and contribute to future direction of project
? Identify and mitigate risks and champion product quality
? Hire, manage, train, and mentor team of direct reports, conduct code reviews, and assist with project planning and tasking
Requirements:
? 7+ years relevant experience
? Expertise in C or C++ and at least one managed language (C#/F#, Rust, Python, etc.)
? Experience with at least one UI framework (WPF, Scaleform, etc.) and major design patterns (MVC, MVVM)
? Solid background in CS fundamentals: math, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, programming paradigms (OOP, functional), etc.
? Pro-active team member, highly motivated, and possessing good leadership skills
? Excellent English and/or Mandarin Chinese
Pluses:
? Experience with at least 1 commercial game engine (Unity or UE4)
? Experience with multi-platform development (mobile and game consoles)
? Experience with automation, CI/CD, TDD, etc. 举报 分享
