About us
IKEA Supply China (“ISCN”) is the wholesale business unit buying IKEA goods from Suppliers and selling to retailers in Asia Pacific region, comparable to IKEA Supply AG. As a unit equipped with finance, legal, risk, compensation & benefit, corporate communication specialists, ISCN also provides common/shared services to all Inter IKEA business units and sites in China.
About the job
Mainly responsible for dealing with indirect material and service invoices within Inter IKEA companies. Follow Inter IKEA global standard process and aim to be efficient, high quality with compliance for Inter IKEA business partners.
Your assignment
? Ensure BASWARE invoices are properly processed in accordance with global process, finance policy, and authorization matrix
? Ensure supplier invoices coding and booking according to Inter IKEA finance and accounting manual and local accounting routine
? As BASWARE Super user, get sufficient support from global to settle system issues, and give guidance to local BASWARE users
? Act as AP process owner to CN BUs, familiar with Inter IKEA global standard AP process, writing, reviewing and updating the local working routine on regular base
? Review and analyse AP aging, ensure payments accurately and timely, and follow up prepayment
? Build and maintain a strong understanding, communication and working relationship with each business partners
? Manually AP booking, such as pre-payment booking, bank booking, and recurring booking etc.
? Assist GL and reporting team on period end close, tax team for VAT invoice handling
? Make sure the standard working routine, system manual and procedure are well followed
? Continuously work on improving efficiency
Your profile
? Economic education within Finance/Accounting or equivalent competence gained through work experience.
? Basic accounting/tax knowledge
? At least 3 years' relevant experience in AP or accounting
? Familiar with automatic AP system
? Good computer skills especially Microsoft Excel
? Strong responsibility mind-set
? Good communication skill
? Structured and accurate
? Service-minded
? Capability to do analysis on a detailed level
? Ability to comply with external legal framework and follow internal rules/ instructions
? Deliver in time with quality
