As Receptionist:
1. Greet customers/guests/ visitors;
2. Answer telephone calls;
3. Send/receive letters and parcels;
4. Keep the reception area, desk, product shelves and etc . clean;
5. Take responsible for office safety like door access.
As HR& Admin Assistant:
1. Assist to follow up some office admin. jobs : hotel booking, tickets booking, trip arrangement, meeting arrangement, guests host, office materials management, office suppliers management, etc.;
2. Assist to follow up some HR jobs: allowance management, staff database set up and update (roster/contact list/JD/MBO), leave records, policies guidance, team activity organization, staffing problem solving, etc.
More opportunities if qualified to other positions, like cashier, operation specialist, etc.
Required Skills/ Qualifications:
1. Good characters: pleasant, patient, diligent;
2. Good at English, Mandarin Chinese;
3. Mature enough to handle daily administration affair in the office;
4. Experience in doing paperwork, including skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
5. Willing to learn and develop
