Technical Service Engineer-- Automation and Remote Monitoring

Key performance area:
? 负责相应矿山和岩石技术设备的机械安装,维护,调试和故障诊断等事宜,同时兼顾维护的实效性和最小成本化。
? Carry out general mechanical duties, maintenance, repairs and fault diagnosis work on SMRT equipments, whilst maintaining availability and minimizing cost.
? 坚持遵守SMRT所有操作准则和步骤，特别是安全健康和环境准则。
? Adhere to all SMRT operation rules and steps, particularly health, safety and environment (HSE) rules.
? 安装和调试SMRT的机器设备，监督指导机器设备的维护。
? Install and debug SMRT machinery equipments, supervising the maintenance of them
? 指导客户使用机器设备，为客户提供技术培训。
? Teach the customers to use machinery equipments, providing technical training for them
? 机器发运前进行调试，现场故障探测和排除。
? Debug the machine before it runs. Detect and remove field faults.
? 和销售团队紧密协作，做好客户满意度工作。
? Closely coordinate with sales team, achieving customer satisfaction
? 负责备件销售任务， 具有备件销售的职责。负责向服务的客户、项目进行备件的推荐。
? In charge of parts sales tasks and responsibilities, suggest the parts required in the projects to the customers
? 负责备件推荐清单的跟踪，保持与客户相关采购人员的沟通和联系， 积极配合区域备件销售的工作。
? Track the suggested parts and keep contact with customer’s purchaser, actively coordinating the sales in territories
? 根据预算和期限完成工作。
? Complete the work in accordance with the budget and deadline
? 按时提供所有服务报告。
? Provide all service reports timely
? 如果需要对新同事提供机器设备服务培训。
? Provide new staffs service training of machinery equipment if necessary
? 如果需要随时待命工作，包括周末和轮班。
? Standby work whenever the company requires. Accept to work on weekends and work shift
? 完成经理安排的其他工作。
? Complete other tasks assigned by the manager

Your profile:
? 有工程机械和矿山设备维修经验5年以上经验。
? Minimum 5 years' related experience in engineering machinery and mining equipment maintenance experience
? 大专及以上学历,机电一体化或者电气自动化专业
? College degree or above, Major: Mechatronics or electric automatization
? 良好的沟通技巧。
? Good communication skill
? 建立内外部良好关系。
? Establish good internal and external relationships
? 与团队合作。
? Good teamwork spirit
? 良好的调查和报告能力。
? Good skills in survey and report
? 独立工作能力，勤奋。
? Independent and diligent
? 良好的电脑和英文能力，需要对电脑及网络软硬件有一定基础，能分析处理相关故障。
? Good computer and English skills, It’s necessary to have a certain basic for hardware and software of computer and network, and can analyze and solve related faults.
? 身体健康，能够适应高原地区或地下矿山条件
? Body health and adapt to high altitude area work
