职位描述：
知识/技能：
1）创意及方案案撰写能力：熟悉市场营销策略及各类活动策划流程，文字功底好，逻辑思维能力强，创意灵活丰富，可独立撰写重大项目提案，完成PPT撰写；
2）提案及沟通能力：能够面向客户进行提案，准确讲述方案内容，传达策划构想，回馈客户疑问；
3）项目管理及团队协调能力：能够对项目进度进行有效管控，对工作量有准确预估，根据工作内容进行合理的分工，并清晰地表达任务要求和目标，协调团队成员按时高质完成工作。

岗位职责：
1. 负责完成现有客户大型市场推广项目方案的创意策划工作，并协助客户部方案执行提供全程监督与协调；
2. 参与完成战略性客户的竞标方案撰写；
3. 分析目标客户需求，充分理解客户意图，完成设计和创作项目方案，为客户部提供充分支持；
4. 深度挖掘整合各类有效资源，协调团队合作，完成方案准备；

任职要求：
1、广告、市场营销等相关专业背景
2、3年以上活动策划、广告行业策划工作经验，有丰富的行业经历和案例
3、曾在大型公关公司或知名广告公司同等职位者优先。 举报 分享
