1.协助进出口业务的技术细节：不同模式，文件准备，海关法规的合规，发展分销策略，建立与物流中介机构的关系

2.协助联络涉及材料、产品和设备等事务的相关政府部门和海关/检验检疫局

3.准备涉及材料/货物的文件给海关，确认和核实材料的海关编码

4.更新和维护系统的准确记录

5.协助供应链专员与采购/供应商/发货人密切合作，确保每一个订单都准备了适当的文件

6.必要时与仓库、财务及相关用户合作，准备所有进出口文件以便准时装运

7.跟踪和监控的运费成本

8.跟踪和记录每一笔进出口货物的进程

9.执行供应链负责人所分配的其他任务

职位要求：

1.一年以上工作经验

2.物流或者外贸相关专业

3.良好的英语沟通能力

4.乐观积极的工作态度

5.团队间乐于合作
