Based in Beijing, the community manager will be responsible for creating and publishing social related contents for client, as well as driving creative social campaigns to create social impacts.
社会化媒体运营经理将会负责为客户的社会化媒体进行高质量的内容创作及发布。同时，此职位也是领导社会化媒体战役创意及相关内容创作的核心成员。

Responsibilities:

· Lead and be responsible for high quality social content operation for clients on daily basis.
    了解并能独立完成指定客户的社交化媒体内容日常运营，并保证高质量交付。
· Able to lead real-time story mining and content creation based on hot social topics and trends, to produce creative outputs with complex understanding of brand stories and background.
    能够根据网络文化，热点及时事快速反应，与品牌故事进行创意结合并形成热点内容。
· Manage multiple ongoing content production operations.
     能够同时管理多个正在进行的内容创作的业务。
· Strategize editorial requests and execute creative content based on multiple mediums.
    能够从策略角度思考并输出品牌内容策略，并能够根据不同平台进行创意执行。
· Able to produce content across multiple formats including video，design，HTML5。
    能够指导多种媒体内容的产出，其中包括视频，设计及HTML5互动制作。

Required Skills:
技能要求：
· 3-5 years of social editorial experience, experiences in handling well-known social blog will be a plus
    3到5年的社交媒体运营的工作经验，如有独立运营社交博客经验，优先考虑。
· Passionate about storytelling and social language trends across multi-platforms
    对不同网络文化及社交语言有了解并能够讲故事
· Proven track record in initiating and operationalizing online content strategy and solutions.
    有发起和实施的在线内容战略和解决方案的实战经验。
· Client facing and communication skills.
    面对客户和交流沟通的技巧。
· Native Chinese. Fluent written and spoken English.
